Jennifer B. Kleiner
Jennifer practices corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, capital formation, investment funds and hedge funds. Her practice also includes general business structuring, negotiation and preparation of limited liability company operating agreements, limited partnership agreements, and various financing transaction agreements.
Prior to joining Levett Rockwood in December 2006, Jennifer was an associate in the corporate department at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP in New York, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity transactions and private placements of securities, and counseled hedge fund clients.
Jennifer graduated with honors from Colgate University (magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa) in 1991. She received her law degree from New York University School of Law in 1996, where she was a staff editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association.
